Our Art Gladius Display Plaques are the ideal way to display your sword. They are constructed from wood with a varnished finish that contrasts nicely with the polished brass fittings. They are mounted to the wall by hooking them over 3 screws (included).

Requires holes to be drilled by the customer, then needs some simple assembly of the brass mounts into the drilled holes.

This mount is better suited to smaller swords with thin blades such as the Masonic Templar Sword shown.

Our Roman Gladius Display Plaques are the perfect way to display your Roman sword. They are hand made in Italy and are crafted from wood with a varnished finish. They feature a small brass plaque with the word “ROMA” embossed into it.

This plaque is held in place by 2 small pins and can be easily removed if necessary. The mount at the hilt end of the sword, holds the blade 25mm away from the plaque, allowing for the width of the gladius hilt. The blade is secured in place with a laced leather strap that can be loosened to accommodate the width of a gladius scabbard.
